Moonstone
Moonstone is a variety of the feldspar mineral orthoclase. It is named for its moon-like glow, which is caused by light scattering between microscopic layers of feldspar. Moonstone is found in many parts of the world, including Sri Lanka, India, Myanmar, and Madagascar.
